On Lotus & Ming varieties and the fun of taste-testing…
I wanted our customers to have choice and to pick from over 20 different varieties. We are constantly testing our products and my freezer at home is always full with dumplings and spring rolls. Just last week we created a choc-caramel crunch spring roll in the kitchen!

I couldn’t possibly pick a favourite but heading into summer, I am loving our Deluxe Seafood range right now – best enjoyed with a bottle of pinot gris in the sunshine.
